I tried it at the insistance of my daughter in law drinking a small glass twice a day.

In the first year it didn't really work but I stayed hopeful as it had worked for here. A friend suggested I drink it and also take bee pollen tablets.

In the second year this really worked - my nose stopped streaming and my eyes stopped itching.

Recommended?

I would definitely recommend it. If you really suffer the way I did it is a tremendous relief

My Hay fever was so bad that I could not go outside for about 4 weeks every summer without non stop sneezing and really itchy eyes.

I started drinking 1 tablespoon three times a day as instructed (it tasted awful!!!)

But it was enough and even though I it was the middle of my season and I was told it might not work I felt a difference after 10 days.

For me it was a revelation - I can go cycling in the country side, picnics, walking.

I can experience the month I never saw before!!

Recommended?

Without a doubt if you suffer from hay fever you should at least try it.
